After all, Lord of the Rings is a story of many things. One might say it is an analogy to christianity, one might say it is an analogy to who knows what, and others do not wish to impose their interpretation on something that should be left as to what it is - an incredible masterpiece one man’s life. However, as to me it has, among many other things, always been a great story about the even greater gift of friendship. This is the essential part of the story. Love, not quite and yet perceptible for anyone who dares to get lost within the depths of the story itself. The very core of it.
